You see O'Reilly's take on this. Said it is out of control, AS he watched it over and over. I had to laugh. I bet he's home still watching. I would be AM. Hot is right. Even for this 63 old man.

I'm glad they banned the commercial though - it is ridiculous and obviously pandering, demeaning, and inappropriate for commercial television (like most everything else).

And yes, I watched it only once. It was NOT exciting...more like comical.

I believe they are showing a 30-second version that isn't banned. It's the 60-second version that was banned.

Isn't it only demeaning to her?

I'm with you, it is comical, you gotta have a sense of humour to do something like that!

No offense guys, but your sensors over there in the US really do go a long way over the top.
(Editing out breasts on Next Top Model, for example is about as conservative as it comes!)...sorry, slightly off topic there! :mj14:

Actually I have NO problem with women's breasts being shown on TV. Its when the hip grinding breast squeezing lip-licking simulated sex acts start that it gets stupid and inappropriate.

The Hardees commercials are the best example with the slut gyrating around on a mechanical bull in slo-mo with special sauce dripping from her lips, etc. Come on, can you insult our intelligence just a little more?

A woman's breast shown in a matter-of-fact way is not exploitative but when everything you see has to be sexually charged - I mean what the hell does sex have to do with hamburgers?

Thank goodness we haven't gotten there yet. we're not as evolved as "You guys"

i prefer to bang in private. :142hump:

I wouldn't have banned it. It sucks, though.

I'm seriously considering getting rid of my TV's, except for NFL Sunday Ticket, College foots, 26 movie channels and the Discovery Channels (not NYT/Discovery).
Oh, and HGTV and DIYnet :)
Uhhh, MLB Extra Innings, FSN Networks, Sci Fi, the kids channels, MILITARY channel, National Geo., TLC. That's it.

Oh, one more. FOXNEWS :mj07:

Seems add worked well. It got more exposure then what they had to paid for. They can pull it now and they still win.
