reaching just a bit here.going against a hot team and for that matter its the yankees.looking for the tigers to avoid the sweep and maybe, just maybe the yankees will be looking ahead to the red sox this weekend.
tiger pitcher jeremy bonderman is having a solid season.
5-2 with a solid 3.38 era.
he is 3-0 on the road with a 1.50 era.and teams are batting .155 against him
overall the leauge is hitting only .231 against him
while rightys are batting .190 and leftys are hitting .253
*some yankee at bats against him*
jeter 3-10
a-rod 3-9
giambi 1-7
martinez 0-6
sheffield 0-5
posada 1-4
flaherty 0-6
womack 0-3

yankee pitcher kevin brown 3-4 with a 5.36 era has come around lately winning 3 in a row.but for the most part his numbers are brutal.
overall the leauge is hitting .320 against him(wow)
at home he is 1-2 and opposing teams are hitting .296
leftys are smacking him for a .295 average, while rightys are pounding him for a .356 clip.
going to take a shot here, just hope the brown numbers stay according to form.if so, the tigers should be able to put up big numbers early,i hope.

TIGERS(BONDERMAN) +161

*ADDING*
pirates(perez)-reds(ramirez) over 9 -122

Best of Luck tonight Soul...I agree that NY who has been playing so well may get caught looking ahead to tomorrow night with RJ facing the hated Red Sox. I'd love to know the Yanks record the last 3 years in the game before they face the Red Sox because such a big deal is made out of those series
