Went 2-2 yesterday. Wish I had never seen the Mets. Put them on the end of a 5 teamer I was going to play and watched the other 5 win. Help went 10-5. I had to really work not to hit one of the three pars I played yesterday. A lot of help today. Be very careful if you plan to play LAD tonight. Looks too easy until you really get into it. Here's what they look like

Balt (you've got to be kidding) and over, Atl and over, Fla over, CWS under, Minn and under, Ari, NYY and over, Oak and under, Colo and under, Tor, Mil.

GSP,

Can you give some reasoning on being careful with LAD?

Thanks

not to speak for gsp, i'm sure he has his own reasoning and it probably has to do with the help.

following this team all year, they cannot hit their way out of a paper bag. they rival houston for most anemic offense in baseball. milton bradley won't be playing and their sticks are terrible. i wouldn't bet these guys to do anything for you.

sorry to hijack your thread gsp, but buyer beware this dodger offense is terrible, and unless this pitcher is a complete gas can, facing a pitcher the dodgers have never seen, i can only imagine the struggles they will have offensively tonight.

I don't know the stats, but there is no way the Dodgers bats are as piss poor as the Stros. The Dodgers last five losses have been to Lackey, Schmidt, Tomko, Maddux, and Zambrano. With the exception of Tomko, these pitchers can keep on offense down. Sorry for the long reply in your post GSP

I'll give my reasoning using what can be found at Covers. With Crawford behind the plate the ht is 3-2 but the fav is 5-0. Not too bad for LA so far. Now it starts getting a little worse.

In Cubs games the road team is 8-2 and the dog is 7-3. The home fav is 2-7. Nothing on the pitcher.

In LA games the hometeam is 6-4 but the dog is also 6-4. LA at home as a fav is 2-1. Home favs are 3-3. Lowe is 2-0 but both wins were on the road and the dog in these games is 1-1.

The last thing that I won't explain that affects Crawford tonight is 6-0 on the year. It calls for the road team.

This is enough to make me not want to risk anything on LA tonight. Good luck

agree on Atl...sweep factor yes, but its not always correct...In this particular I like all the factors pointing to a sweep not occuring...run support for Smoltz has been horrid, I think the bats will step up and try to aid their leader...gl

Cubs generally lose when they are suppose to win, and win when they are suppose to lose. It's been their M.O. for years.

This also keeps the diehards clinging to their false sense of hope. "We just need a shortstop" or "if we just had a pen" etc, etc.

Going with

Oak u 8
Minn -130
CWS u 8'
Tor + 105

Also small plays on Ana and SF. As I posted on another thread, streaks end on 5-6-8-9. SF has lost 5 in a row. Even tho this isn't the reason for my Minn play, Cle has won 4 in a row.

Good luck everyone
