anyhooooo..... i went into *quote* on your post, and noticed you were likely trying to post something out of your mail...... you can't do that here, you need to get it onto the www, and then post it. (said mymail in the link you had)
as a general rule, the URL needs to end in either .jpg , .jpeg , or .gif to post it here... hang on, and i'll post a link where you can host the image you're trying to post.
