the balk call was questionable and shouldn't have been called but they were gonna lose the game anyway. bases loaded bottom of the ninth tie game and no one was out.

the balk call was made too big a deal of. it shouldn't have been called, but wasn't gonna make much of a difference anyway. of course let the players decide it in the field, but it didn't matter as much as everyone made of it.
