not sure if they announce it. I was all over the web/message boards on Tuesday looking for the ref's names and could not find it.

I checked out local detroit message boards, NBA.com, ESPN.com and I could not find it anywhere.

My assumption would be they would have the same ref's as last game (since SA has the same ref's for both games), but I not seeing anywhere who they will be.

I did some research on my own as far as the playoffs go and the refs. here is what i gathered. With Steve Javie spurs are 3-0 while detroit is 1-3. With Dan Crawford Spurs are 3-0 while detroit is 1-3. With Ron Garretson Spurs are 2-1 while detroit is 0-3. The refs that seem to favor Detroit is Bob Delany, Bernie Fryer, & Joe Crawford. i have come to realize that refs can determine the ball game. So will look at who is reffing the game before i make my decision of who to pick.

according to espn...

gm 1 Mike Callahan , Ron Garretson , Steve Javie

gm 2 Bernie Fryer , Dan Crawford , Jack Nies

gm 3 Bennett Salvatore , Bob Delaney , Joe Crawford

looked everywhere for tonite's officials, guess that's not public info until gametime?

Refs seem to be a well-kept secret - guess NBA knows all about the effect they have on betting action or why else would it be such a secret?

okay I looked at it. Amoung the 3 officals that I mentioned Ron Garrestson and Dan Crawford both officated one game each in which detroit lost at home during the playoffs. I have a feeling that when Brown was talking about that one ref being against detroit he was talking about Ron Garretson, whom officiated the first game.

it might be too late, but the ref's are always doing laps around the court during the pregame. im sure we'll know something about 10 mins before tip.

Among Libtards!!
these phucking refs are on pace to allow 50+ free throws.....shot 25 combined in the first half....not good for those of us on the under!!! :cursin: Being on the right side of an NBA total is nothing more than being on the same side of what these bums are gonna call on a given night. First game went under......why......because both teams only combined for 29 FT's. Game two an over.....why....50 combined FT's.....Game three an over.....why.....40 combined FT's. All of that leads to a lot of clock stops.....longer game....and free points. Looks like the the refs called in an over again tonight....if that last play didn't prove it, I don't know what will......Ginobili runs over Ben Wallace who is 3 feet outside the restricted area and they call a block.... :mj07: congrats over backers!!!
