"the bunker"
i picked something up called"02go oxygenated water"......maybe it`s not possible to oxygenate water,but i swear it`s the best tasting water i`ve ever tasted...clean and pure....and i believe it gives me a shot of energy during a workout.....

try the "02go sports water"....it`s seriously good stuff...my local sports supplement place can`t keep it on the shelves...i order it by the case...

these certainly aren't new shake recipes- that recipe is very similar to the ones in the Mens Health Abs diet book

Add some crushed flax seed, nonfat yogurt, almonds, and mixed berries for some different flavor combos- and a half glass of crushed ice is key as well

Thought the same thing, i've made a few out of that book and they had one quite similar...at least you know it's good.

Maybe it's time to start working on the person on the inside.

A six-pack won't fill the void.

God bless.

try this instead

try this instead

instead of Oatmeal add 1-2 servings of Fiber One cereal. This eliminates 27 g of carbs and brings total to 35 grams

I'm sure you were thinking up that gem while filling your insides up with another puff of nicotine.

At least your little pygmy friend Kosar seemed to find one of your posts amusing.

BIG ORANGE LAND!!
* 2 scoops vanilla protein
* 1  tbsp sugar-free pistachio pudding mix
* 1 mint leaf or a few drops peppermint extract (optional)
* a few drops green food coloring (optional)
* 8 oz. cold water (or low-fat milk)
* 3-5 ice cubes

Directions:

Add all ingredients to blender, blend, and pour into cup. This tastes great without the mint so don't worry if you don't have it around. The shake is a light green even without the food coloring but if you want it green (like The Hulk!), you'll need a few drops.
