the areas between the QC and Chicago are ALWAYS under construction (even tho i rarely see any workers, it's listed as *construction speed zone*

feel especially sorry for Chicago metro residents (as that is always under construction also) and if you aren't doing 80 when traffic isn't bumper to bumper, you'll get your @ss run over by the trucks behind you

oh, darlin' , if ONLY it would save me the heartache only thing it will do is add 3 hours to the round trip time in order to slow down in freaken construction *zones* where not a person is to be seen actually WORKING on these roads...,.. i swear to you, the SAME sections have been posted as under construction for about 16 years now and not a damn bit of work has been done other than to take them down to one lane roads!!!
