If you don't mind making transfers back and forth, Betwwts is easy to use. MVP wasn't bad either from my experience.

I used both for some small limit poker when I'm watching a game and have some beer money to play with. Transfers take under a minute.

i believe that at 5dimes you can go back and forth without making transfers. all one account. hope this helps!
