well...I did say I'll update ya as to what happened.


and......thanks to all the madjackers for the tips...they worked :clap:



ended up only paying 100 bucks and no points off my license :scared

80 in a 50....and all I had to pay was 100 bucks...from now on I'm gonna fight every ticket I receive (hopefully not many!)........all I did was meet with the prosecutor before the trial......made a litle deal with him...and bango...all done



so......I'd have to say.....it went very well

Nice work. You cut out the middle man in the process too. 80 in a 50 around here would have gotten your license confiscated also, and then you definetely would have had to get an attorney. Every jurisdiction is different on how they handle speeding tickets, and fortunately the one you got your ticket in let you deal straight with the prosecutor. :clap: :clap:

they get harder to beat like that once you have more than 1 kick.. so change your plan to not getting any more rather than to fighting any you get

was convicted of 84 in a 50.....fine was supposed to be about 300 bucks and 4 points off license....and as stated ended up paying 100 and zero points off


and was just a fluke I got to talk to the prosecutor....I ran into him in the hall.......was very polite and asked if I could talk to him while he ate his lunch.....I gave him my situation and told him that I was speeding but I was "just going with the flow of traffic". He then grabbed my file....looked it over......and said....you agree to pay 100 bucks and I'll ask the judge to void the 4 points and the remainder of the fine.......I said "ABSOF**KING LUTELY!!!!!!!


15 minutes later.....I was in front of the judge.....and one minute after that I pulled out 100 bucks paid my fine...and left

probably 64, no points if less than 15 kph over the limit

I have no clue what it was dropped to....all I know is no points and 100 bucks fine
