Wow! The Yanks are so desperate for a pitcher of any kind that they bring up Tim Redding from Triple-A Columbus where he got in one start. This was just last week against Norfolk and he allowed six hits, and two earned runs in five innings. Earlier this year while pitching for the Padres this clown posted an 0-5 record with an ERA of 9.10 allowing 40 hits and 30 earned runs in 30 innings of work. His career record is 21-33 with an ERA of 5.04 in 78 starts. Now he is freaking wearing pinstripes?

Let me tell you something fellas, I watched Redding struggle in and out of the Astros? rotation last year and I am here to tell you that this guy sucks. Now this right-hander is called upon to make his first start back in the bigs at Fenway.

I agree with a post I saw in another forum; there should not even be a line on this game. I do not usually play the bases much but this is my largest wager ever on a baseball game as I consider this to be a gift!

I am risking 7.75 units (-155) to win 5 units on the Sox ML and 2 units (+135) on the Sox RL.

Redding was lucky to get out of the first giving up only three runs. Kinda like shootin' fish in a barrell. I sure hope Torre leaves this bum in for at least two innings.

Gotta love making a wager like that not having to sweat it at all. Of course it is not over yet unless the yanks have 16 runs in them.
