In his last five starts, Pettitte has surrendered only four earned runs, spanning 34 innings and is 3-0. He allowed just one run and four hits over seven innings at St. Louis on Friday, but didn't figure in the team's 4-3 loss.

ASTROS PROBABLE STARTER: Pettitte (6-7, 2.98 ERA). Pettitte is 3-1 with a 1.82 ERA in four career starts against the Pirates.

PIRATES PROBABLE STARTER: Josh Fogg (4-5, 4.64 ERA). Fogg, who hasn't won since June 1, a span of eight starts, is coming off a rough outing, as he lasted just four innings, allowing six runs on seven hits, in a 11-1 defeat at Chicago on Friday. Fogg is 3-5 with a 5.91 ERA in 12 career starts against the Astros.
