I honestly dont see how one can lose the texas over. At most there are 2 losses - Ohio State and OU, and tbey will actually be favored in both. So that is a minimum 9 wins right there.

I would also say under AM. They will lose to Texas OU and tech for sure. That at MOST means 8 wins

I may have to go Under 8.5 on Florida St after they lose their QB and starting CB. Then again Bowden usually gets them 9 or 10.

Connecticut.................. under 6.5

Heavy losses on both sides of the ball !
Inexperienced Qb ....no go to receivers
great running backs.....O line not as good as last
Will miss linebackers Fincher and Lloyd

I see losses .......1. at Georgia Tech, 2.Syracuse 3.Rutgers 4.at West Va. 5.at Pittsburgh 6.Louisville.........Maybe at Cincinnatti as well............soooo 6.5 looks ambitious.

Georgia

There is almost no chance that Georgia win more than 9 games this year, so you can almost eliminate LOSING money on playing the under here.

There is a high likelihood that we will win 7-9 games while losing to UT and Florida. We are also succeptible to dropping one of a number of games this year: Auburn leading that pack for sure.

I hate to say it, but the under 9 wins on Georgia looks fantastic.

$ BEST BET $

Penn St. under 7 +147 (Pinny)

Despite this not being a difficult schedule I like PSU to win 7 or less games. They open the season with 3 straight home games against $hit OOC opponnets, and have 4 of their first 5 games of year @home. Not good for me but easy for PSU. Penn St. plays a total of 7 home games vs only 4 road games. Again not good for me. Maybe the reason I am getting +147 :) But.....

I count 5 games where Penn St. has high probability of winning. 3 games were it could go 50/50. 3 games where PSU will be underdogs. Remember, PSU throughout the year has many games where the team comes out flat. That just increases my odds of PSU getting upset at least once during the year! Paterno year after year does a poor job getting his team fired up to play game after game.

For me to lose, PSU needs to sweep the 5 easy opponents and either sweep the 50% games or win at least 1 of their tough games. I don't see PSU winning 2/3 against Michigan, OSU, and Purdue. More likely going 0-3. At best, 1-2. If PSU goes 0-3 against those 3 tough opponents, then they must sweep Minny, Wiscy, and Michigan St. along with sweeping the 5 easy games for me to come out a loser on a +147 wager! NOBODY can upset PSU this year for me to lose my wager. Upsets happen all the time in CFB! I like those odds at +147! Remember, I break even with Penn St. going 7-4 this year. Not saying PSU is not capable of winning 8 or more games, but at +147 I like PSU winning less than 7 games AND getting my money back if they win 7.

I'll put $100 to win $147 on Penn St. under 7 +147. Not a big play for me, just a value play. I don't think PSU should be +147. If I "had" to make prediction, I think PSU wins 7 games. But give me an upset or 2, injury or 2, and I will win this bet easy.

FYI, "if" Penn St. wins 8 or more games, it is not a reflection on how tough the Big 10 is, it is more of a reflection on their schedule. :)

cg-- I agree that you are gaining enough advantage with the +148 over the -115 with the half game spread to make it playable. It is likely that UGA win a solid 8 games. If they are able to pull out 1 win against Tenn, Florida, or Auburn, though you lose your advantage. But the chances of them winning two of these games (making the under 9 games a loser) is damn near out of reach.

i like tennessee over 8.5 -118,coming off back to back 10 win seasons. They return 17 starters from last years team.QB erik ainge runs the show 109-198 (17 TDS) while running back gerald riggs can control a game 1107 yards (5.7 per carry).i was reading a quote and it says that this offensive unit is touted as one of the most potent offenses ever at UT.The over -under can be determined early on when the VOLS hit the road in september with back to backs against Florida on 9/17 then the following week they travel to LSU 9/24 you can almost bet those 2 games will be the marquee games of the day.I dont thing the gators are that strong but the tigers can be a problem also returning 17 starters from last season but with the coaching change who knows.
