i know it's trite, but cleveland is the strongest play i have seen this year.
1) partially a play against chacon. i have watched him play in denver the last couple of years, and while the kid's stuff can be nasty at times, he doesn't have what it takes upstairs to pitch well for a new york team. very prone to the big inning. we will know right away if this play is going to cash. if his slider isn't sharp, he will get absolutely hammered tonite at the jake. i will fade chacon down the stretch vs. righties.
2) hafner is back. should be an emotional boost to an already excited team, whether he hits or not.
3) yanks lineup pounds the ball, but more geared toward hitting lhp. millwood keeps them relatively in check tonite.
