looks like he's living up to the hype so far. whats been most impressive is his K/BB ratio. a lot of guys come up and cant throw the ball for strikes consistently. he doesnt put unnecessary guys on base. he has some serious potential, thats for sure.
one caveat though -- hes faced detroit, minnesota, and kansas city so far -- and they have scored the fewest runs of any 3 teams in the american league (besides seattle, lol)
