This shit pisses me off more than you can imagine!

Just watched the local news. A woman in Kingsport talking on her fvcking phone instead of paying attention to WTF is going on around her runs a red light, plows a car and kills a lady with her husband and kid in the car with her!. The husband and kid lived. On top of that, she posts bail and won't go to court for 2 months.

Let the bitch sit in jail those 2 months!

Oh, shit, you gotta here this one. This happened yesterday. I'm in the turn lane(1st car in line) and I hear sirens so I look in my side-view mirror and see a Sheriff's patrol car coming up on the intersection. Of course the patrol car has to slow down coming up on this busy intersection so I look over and, get ready for this, it's a female officer and she's got a fvcking cell phone in her ear while the sirens are blowin' and the lights are a flashin'!!! I almost followed the bitch! I could not believe what I just saw.

When I got home, I called a buddy who works for the Sheriff's Dept. He asked if I got the patrol car number or license. I didn't which was disappointing.

Here's what I do when I see someone on a cell while driving. If waiting at a traffic light, I look over and see someone on the horn, I just wale on the horn. Just hold it down the entire time sitting there next to them. The looks I get. I just look over at them and lip, "STFU!"

If behind them, I look ahead and see that hand up to the ear. Honkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk!!!!!!!!!!

So, if you're driving around in West Knoxville and you see/hear a Dodge Durango unloading on the horn, know it's your buddy nole giving somebody some shit!

I don't feel any better. Pisses me off.

Nothing can be that fvcking important that you can't wait until you get to work or home.

I agree that it can be distracting, but it's not worse, at least to me, than eating in the car or messing with CDs or the radio.

Yeah, I use my phone in the car all the time, too. I don't see a problem with it. I do see that there are stupid drivers out there, and that stupidity is multiplied when he/she is on the phone.

Kingsport Police: Cell phone caused deadly accident

Kingsport Police say a woman using her cell phone caused a deadly accident that took the life of a young mother.

Rogersville resident Bethany Goodson, 19, faces one count of criminally negligent homicide. She is out of the Sullivan County Jail on $10,000 bond.

According to a Kingsport accident report, Goodson ran a red light on West Stone Dr. around 7:00 pm the night of May 17. Goodson's SUV hit a vehicle driven by Michelle Forbis, 29. Forbis died at the scene with her husband in the passenger seat and son in the back seat.

"She was really a sweet young lady," said family friend Helen Frazier. "She loved her little boy. He was the love of her life."

The accident report attributes Goodson as saying the sun was in her eyes, causing her to run a red light. Police disagree, saying several witnesses saw her using her cell phone while behind the wheel. That testimony prompted a grand jury to indict Goodson earlier this week.

Michelle's husband Matthew told 10 News he does not hate Goodson for what happened, but believes she needs to serve some jail time for what happened.

Matthew also plans to contact state lawmakers, encouraging them to enact legislation to ban the use of cell phones while driving in Tennessee.

Current law only prohibits cell phone use for drivers under 18.

"I don't think you should be behind the wheel with a cell phone glued to your ear," said Frazier. "It was an accident anyway you look at it, but she (Goodson) should have been more careful."

Goodson's family declined comment. She is due in court October 24.

Just show me the courtesy of taking the phone out of your ear before you take the shot.

If I am next to a "ride" that has "fitty cent" thumpin' away, I just turn the bass up on my horn.

On the course!
Don't worry Nole. Just look for a 1989 Chrysler K Car with a 200+ lb ugly white chick driving, and three cream colored kids eating McDonalds in the back seat. (No seat belts, of course)

Homey will be riding "shotgun" with the cheap assed "pay as you go" Einstein phone in his ear. He won't actually be talking to anyone, as his "bitch" aint got the "check" yet, so's he can get back on the hook up.........he'll just be frontin', in an effort to appear to be keepin' it real, yo!

I hate cell phones...always have, always will...and drivers on the phone are the worst. I smash the horn, too...my gf says I have a deathwish... I say these people won't take the time to stop talking on the phone to inflict any damage.

Read this on my Blackberry on the drive home and just have to say, I agree.

btw
Does anyone know how to get ketchup out of the keyboard - some A-hole honked at me while I was reading this and my hotdog fell out of my mouth. Almost wrecked too, cause the guy in front of me didn't use his blinker. Now that pisses me off.

This thread reminds me of the other day, I was driving on a two-lane one-way street, coming down the right lane....I slowed as i come up to the stop sign......in the left lane there was a car stopped, waiting for traffic to clear....I pulled up alongside but not far enough to block that drivers view with my car, while at the same time I could look through the windows behind that cars drivers seat and see if anyone was approaching from the left....

The car alongside me has 4 cars backed up behind her, and she's looking down plugging numbers into a goddamn cellphone.....

I was about to cross the intersection when I noticed a car directly across the intersection facing me, in the left lane, and facing the wrong way but stopped at the intersection......the woman driving that car was on a cellphone....and obviously going the wrong way down the one-way street....

awhile back I was leaving the drive-thru of a fast food joint, the exit to the drive-thru was short and some jerk ahead of me grabbed his cell phone before leaving that exit and just sat there talking on the cell phone while the drive-thru line backed up.....

I have no problem with these cell phone users if they'd take the time to pull over somewhere, like a parking lot or such where they could use thier phone and the rest of the public could use the road, it's these c0cksuckers that drive slow and flat out block traffic because they don't have the courtesy to use the road so others can use it also..

At one time I debated about getting one of those cell blockers.....illegal to use here but if my research was correct I could pick one up in Canada.....don't know how thier policies are towards selling to thier neighbors down south.....

Would damn well be nice to have one of those gadgets just to be able to go to a movie or quiet restaurant and not have some idiot blabbering on a cell phone nearby....

Any Canadians here know the lowdown on these gadgets?

As far as that b1tch that ran the red light and killed that woman......she needs to fry just to make an example and wake a few people up....
