They could also be 25, 9 and 1. Or 15, 5 and 3 (if you don't make the assumption that the eldest gave birth to the other two). How about 45, 5 and 1? I don't see where the house number is noted anywhere, so there's not enough information to say for sure that any of those is right or wrong.
