delgado leads off with a double, of course the number five hitter comes up to bat and tries to bunt delgado to third

I can only think maybe he knew it would be tough to score off of Carpenter so he tried to play some small ball and move the runner over

well, considering the vegas total is 6.5, its assumed that the first one to 4 runs will likely win this game, so runs will be at a premium. now bunting with your #5 guy is a little extreme, but im not sure i completely blame him trying to get one run back. incidentally, as an indians fan, i find myself yelling at wedge for not bunting often enough. so managers can never win with their fans, lol.
