For about the last 3 weeks or so the newspapers have been printing the lines for the first week of the College Football Season. Of all the match-ups, this one really stands out as maybe one of the Best Bets of the year!!:yup Myself, I'm playing this one HUGE!!

Sounds like S.Carolina last nite giving the same amount of points to Central Florida.
It could happen twice in the same week given the spread.
If I remember Penn St. struggles on offence. And any D-1 school in Florida has good athletes.
