I guess what I get tired of is the fact that no matter the situation, there is ALWAYS going to be blame to go around. So we can sit around and point fingers in every direction, or we can start trying to improve our situation.
So, we are all in agreement that from the bottom to the top, people and our system are screwed up. Once we get past this event, what can we do about it to make sure that our efforts are better prepared for the next event?
I just think that people are qquick to jump of Bush's back. If he would have sent ill-prepared units for this particular sitation in on the next day, then he would have also gotten chastised. It's just a never-ending cycle.
