It's was quite a cluster F*#$ for sure, but I figured I'd take my pass in week 1 and still come back and whip yall butts.

I and the rest of Houma fared well....MUCH MUCH better than our neighbors to the west, cable internet is gone, and I am trying to get AOL or some kind of dial up crap for a couple weeks as my cable provider is centralized in Slidell and they are still well under water as well..

thanks for all the well wishes, I appreciate and know that I am keeping a ledger of who paid and will not double charge anyone.

checks will come trickling in slower than usual, but if anyone here says there are on the way, THAT'S GOOD ENOUGH for me.

Schouest, great to hear you and the family are well and things turned out better than most. I sent you a check the day after I signed up, which was on Saturday morning before the little storm. I doubt it ever arrived but could you confirm whether you have seen it and I will be glad to resend another if did not make it.

Jp..its probably safe to send a check...but if you have a paypal acct, I have my paypal info on the site and that would be safest probably...but I am stilll getting mail..just SLOWER than before (and I never thought that was possible), as I got a CASH entry fee today from joebell.. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THAT BY ANY MEANS.... I cant believe that the post office was unable to sniff out that $20 dollar bill and snatch that and blame it on the 'cane....I guess there just may be an inkling of positive on the horizon, and maybe just maybe hope for humanity afterall..

Thanks for bearing with me guys, I've been playing catch up for the last 2 days and without my 2nd smartass in command, the one and only PenFan, I'd STILL be catching up.

Man's a saint (probably not Deuce, Joe Horn, or any of the Saints that get the big publicity), and I'd be even further up a creek without his help.
