Recently I was on a work assignment in Catlettssburg Kentucky (it felt like I was in the movie Deliverance) and had a hard time getting any radio reception, but I did find a political talk radio channel that featured a guy named Alex Jones and this guy actually topped Limbaugh, Hannity or Franken for hatred and conspiracy theories. The funny thing is that it's hard to tell whom he hates worse the Dem's or Repub's as he equally bashes them and he completely believes that Bush is trying to put the country under martial law and that there will be no election in 08 as bush will assume control. This guy has a website entitled prison planet and he has some interesting articles.

Guy is a riot to listen in on the conspiracy-nut ideas and anti-goverment rants.

He's had a show on public access TV in Austin for years we used to watch for entertainment. He's hilarious with serious look and wild waving arms when in a red-hot rant. He's a very funny mimic too.

Freind down there went to showing of his most recent DVD at Alamo Drafthouse Movie Theatre on how/why the Bush Admin set up the controlled demolitions and caused 9/11. My buddy said Jones did straight comedy routine for several minutes before getting serious.

Jones first appeared on George Noory's "Coast to Coast" radio show last year and has become a favorite guest.

I do like some of his anti-govt control pro-gun rants, and those play well in Texas, as you can imagine...

I guess I should of phrased it better, it felt like I was in the movie Southern Comfort or in Next of Kin when Patrick Swayze returns home for his brothers funeral.

Next of Kin was a great movie. Not as good as Roadhouse, but still good. The rednecks with their bow and arrows took down the mafia and their machine guns at the cemetary. How about when they trapped the mafia guys in that rickety bus with all those snakes in there? Good stuff.

Kosar,

Whenever Next of Kin comes on Hbo etc.. I cant seem to turn the channel and the part of that movie that sticks out in my mind is when the mafia guy gets locked into the redneck bus full of snakes.

lol- Yeah, it's one of those that you just can't turn off. I posted about the snakes as well. Classic move by the rednecks!
