Hank has given a few early thoughts for this week's games.
There seemed to be quite a bit of interest in him last year, a few times the threads got over 1000 hits. So, I will try to post what I have when I have it. But, he is on at avery inopportune time for me this year, in the morning, so I will have to improvise somehow. Last season it was Friday afternoons, much easier for me............and also a bit later and closer to gametimes.
Week one has him leaning towards CHICAGO, thinking they can hang with Wash. and Likes JAX alot............I would think JAX would be one of his 5 ESPN plays.

*Instead of a new thread for each bit of Hank's info. let's keep it all under one this year.........I'll add his final rundown on Fridays or Sat AM.........and then add the 5 ESPN plays on Sundays. If I miss those, I am sure someone else will post them.

Not too much of an opinion on tonite's game, he doesn't have an opinion on the side, but thinks there should be an ample amount of points scored by both teams, especially if Moss decides to "show off" & show up (or not) on national TV. Collins prone to making a lotta bad decisons sometimes. A good game to watch and see how the teams shape up, NE 1-3 ATS their last 4 openers, and traditionally, last season's super bowl teams are a play "against" the opening week.

Pretty good call on Thur. nite game a pass on the side, which was close to the spread. The over just sneeked in, depending........Hank was in at 49.
The rest of the card:

DEN/MIA Pass, Den has a little too much for Miami

CINN/CLEVE Pass smallest of leans to Cinn

BUFF/HOU Pass Bills to win, don't know if they will cover

TENN - R'berger had a bad preseason and has been hearing things
like he is uncoachable. Pitt a lil slow starting team and they
were 1-7 last year as a fave of 7 or more.

WASH/CHI Pass may look at the under

NO - Carolina only 5 of 19 as a home fave and NO is a good road
dog and have covered 4 atraight at Car.

MINN - This is not a good Bucs team. They will have trouble when
they go to throw the ball. Minn improved on "D" and is
norrmally a fast starting team. Home team is 8-0 last 8.

JAX - Seattle 7 new starters on defense.

KCITY - Even tho NYJ are 19-4 ATS in their first home game of
the season.

NYG- will run

ST LOUIS - SF is terrible

DET- Kevin Jones to run it up & set up the passing game. Gbay
defense is questionable.

DALL/SD Pass lean to SD just for fun

BALT Their defense has given Manning trouble in the past.

PHIL 7-1 on the road on MNF and has found a way to stop Vick
in the past. And, T.O. will have to show off on national TV.

If I had to guess on his ESPN picks, I would say ST LOUIS, BALT, JAX , DET. Monday night will be PHIL.

Philly is 7-1 on the Monday Night Road & 13-2 ATS as NFC RFs as well as 33-15 ATS in ALL RGs.

Falcons counter with a stellar 0-8 ATS as Monday Night Hosts & 1-13 ATS any place else on a Monday.

One would have to be suicidal, wacked or even NSANE to play the FALCONS!!!
