It's just making me sick still.

Biggest bet of the day losing on that BS

I guess I've lost in every possible way now. 2 block TDs, 4th and 10 miracle unreal

Nice play calling at the end too. You're at the 30 with 2 timeouts left and you throw for the endzone instead of trying to get the first down.

If you had LSU you'll never win a luckier bet IMO

You should feel like $hit because you were on the right side. Frustratiing when you cap a game and are on the right side and players don't execute.

ASU outplayed LSU and should have won by double digits. ASU forgot special teams are part of the game. IDIOTS! Congrats to LSU for finding a way to win.

BTW, you should have never lost despite the special teams meltdown. Here is why.

On the last play of game 4th and 10 where LSU QB rolled to his right and then rolled to his left.

ASU right DE was OUT OF POSITION and did not play football 101 and go deep on pass rush. If he did, the play would have resulted in a QB sack. DE is supposed to go as far back as the QB or RB is positioned on his pass rush. FOOTBALL 101.

Guess what? The starting and pre-season honored DE for ASU was not playing. That was the ASU 2nd string DE. I think ASU was missing 2 or 3 starters from DL. They were undermanned against LSU.

Makes sense why he fawked up because he was not even the starter.

:cursin: That sucks! :cursin:

If that happened to me, it would be a 1 page, maybe 2 page rant in my thread! :)

i'm trying to get over it. yesterday was a huge nightmare. im a michigan fan, so that was an enormous disaster, then the other games. just awful. asu was the capper to an enormously painful day. its hard to imagine a weekend in which you have three dd win outright (new mex, ohio, smu) and hold the lead for about 80% of the minutes in your games that you could come out even, but it happened.

asu should have won by dd's. osu had chance after chance to win by dd's. i have no idea why tressel went with zwick on the two most crucial drives of the game. they didn't move the ball with him all game. not to mention the dropped td, the missed fg, my word it was awful. but i guess i always have a 38 yard td run on 3rd and 7 to look back to in the morning. **** me.

How are u on the right side if the other teams won  how bout giving credit to the other teams defense that stopped ohio st. in their own house to field goal after field goal and how bout the LSU defense that blocked punts and took it back for TDS.......they were plain and simple the better teams and anyone says otherwise they need to get their heads out of their a$$e$. :mj14:

Let me give you a hypothetical example to prove my point. Say you handicapped FLORIDA -3 over XXX. Reasons you took FL -3 is because XXX doesn't have a good defense and FL will drive up and down the field. Team XXX doesn't have an explosive offense and you think if FL scores over 17pts FL should get the cover. ect. ect. ect.

Now the game is played and say FL drives inside the 10 yard line 3 times and gets 2 FG's w/1 turnover = 6pts. FL also has 30 yard TD pass. =7pts

FL has total of 13pts. Now you got FL -3. What if team XXX scores only 2 TD's and for arguments sake the last one comes at the end of the 4th. 17-13 FL loses and FL doesn't cover. :(

I would argue this capper capped this game perfectly but the breaks didn't go his way. That happens!

they were plain and simple the better teams and anyone says otherwise they need to get their heads out of their a$$e$. :mj14:

I like to analyze a game and judge for myself who is the better team. Often the team who wins is the better team, at least for that day. But if one team dominates another but breaks go against them, I am not going to give team B the nod for being the better team "just" because they won.

For example. Lets say FL is beating team XXX 20-14 and there is 3 sec. left and team XXX has ball on the 50. They throw hail mary and they catch it for winning TD. Is team XXX better just because they won? I would analyze the game and form my own opinion. Unlike you, I don't let the final score decide my opinion. I think for myself.

i had lsu FH, lost tuff one, had OH ST, had Bama, had Phillies, had Panthers on 3 team ML parlay, had SD ML to GINTS -3, anyhow, my 2 cents, LSU dropped a TD pass, fumbled on 7yl after having first and goal ... No one seems to give credit to LSU ... I have seen lots worse beats than that, I didnt win or lose on full game b/c I had lost by half and i didnt care who won, but ASU took the lead a few times and couldnt hold it at home, thats a gutty effort by LSU, no matter how you dice it
