Directv Question

I would like to know if anyone out there having trouble with NFL Sunday Ticket Picture on your TV. I get nice picture on all FOX Stations except for CBS. CBS has chicken scratch picture and some blackout.
This really irrates me. I have my Dad call the customer service and thier phone system plain sticks. I try to figure it out and have no clue. I went into Directv web site and went into trouble shooting and it tell me that I needed a new Dual LBN to upgrade my dish. If anyone out there ever have a problem with this before, please let me know ASAP. Best Buy store has Dual LBN for $46.99 American Dollars. Do you think Dual LBN is the problem

Are you talking on your 700-level NFL channels or your local feeds?

It could very well be the dish if you are running a smaller one LNB dish, I have the tri-LNB HD dish and have a 100 rating on the service feed - but I think this is also due to my completely unobstructed view to the South. If you go into the setup menus, what is your signal rated as?

I havent had any problems with the game channels....but I can tell you this....Direct TV's customer service is absolutely horrible.

If your talking about your locals through direct tv its most likely off a different satellite.. i get my ticket fine here but my locals i cant get cause this fawking jerks humongous trees behind me.

and yes i believe Dual LBN should be upgraded. call them up and tell-em you have had nothing but trouble with them and threaten to go to cable. maybe they will take care of the charges to install it.
