what a difference a year makes.

with all thats going on in the baseball world it really makes you wonder if that guy was juicing.

I understand hes getting up there in age, but man what a drop-off in numbers. He couldn't get a hit off a tee right now.

He single handedly won the penant for the dodgers last year(maybe not single handed, but he was a big part) and for years was a solid player.

Surprised Scosscia hasn't pulled the plug on him yet. Time to hang em up steve.

It is my unsderstanding that he was a juicer in Houston. Along with Caminiti, Bagwell, Biggio. Supposedly Luis Gonzalez too when he got to Az.

I'd never heard that before. And to be honest, he's one of the last guys I would have expected.

but it does make sense and he does fit the time frames with those guys. Plus looking at him this year, no one drops off like he has.

And gonzalez certainly doesn't surprise me.

Brady Anderson is still my favorite. People say that steroids don't make that much of a difference. All anyone ever has to do is look at this guy in '96

thanks..gl
