i`ll tell ya`...the frickin` jets are annoying as hell.....

they have absolutely NO killer instinct at home.....they dick around and dick around...move up and down the field.....and can`t get it done....it`s as though they want to keep their home games interesting....

and it gets on my adenoids...

these m.f.`ers are gonna get backdoored late...i can feel it....

have `em parlayed and teased with cincy...as well as flat.....

i`m annoyed at myself...because i`m aware of their modus operandi....

this is the second week of the season.....and i`m exhausted.....the last 34 seconds of that game took forever.....

14 weeks and then the playoffs?.......

i'm telling you...you guys are too funny !!

i was also nervous about getting back doored in the jets game....

eventhough i hit the denver bet...i think shanahan should go if they don't make the playoffs. i don't know if anybody watched the denver game but they returned a punt for a td. however it was cancelled because as the runner was going to the endzone some players on the sideline left the sideline & started running on the field before the runner eached the end zone in celebration. so denver was penalized for having too many players on the field & the td didn't count. can you imagine a parcells team doing that ?

it shows no disciplne on denver...which is clearly the coach's responsibilty.

this is shanahan's year to either perform or leave....he seems to be living off winning those 2 superbowls with elway....well he hasn't done anything since.

this is an excerpt of an article i read in a n.j. newspaper yesterday & i tend to agree....

"This game was supposed to be played in the Superdome, but Hurricane Katrina changed those plans. Last week, Horn and Saints coach Jim Haslett hinted the team is not happy about having to play at the Meadowlands instead of San Antonio or Baton Rouge. The Giants will provide a few comforts of home for the Saints -- signs and Gulf Coast entertainers -- but they will be playing in their home stadium and in front of their fans. That's clearly an advantage."

i also think that the saints used up a ton of energy last week in an emotional divisional game vs. carolina, where they pulled out a last second win. & now have to travel to the northeast from san antonio......no matter what they say publically, the saints must feel like they are getting the shaft with these games.......they can come out tonight one of two ways...they may be re-charged & want to show everybody that they can rise above all of the distractions or they can come out flat.....i'm betting on the latter.....i also think that the giants are better than most people think & will do well in tonight's spotlight.

the giants are 26-10-5 ats at home off a home win, & 10-2 ats off a su win >14 pts. n.o. is 1-6 ats as dogs of >1.5 pts. off a su dog win.

play against dogs off a su win as underdog of 7 or less points & they are playing a team off a su win.

last 32 games....ats is 24-8 (75%)

since 1989 non divisional home favorites of -3 or less points that are coming off a dd su win ( factoring in the points) are 44-15-4 ats (74.5%)
