they fired Rosenberg? he had the midday show just this summer with Boningo.
I swear I just heard him last month.

He was let go on the weekend of the 13th..
The bottle was his enemy...He did not show up for his football show that sunday morning....I personally thought the man was stuck on himself and i am happy he is gone...Joe Beningo can handle the slot just fine by himself...I am a big Beningo fan,the ratings should improve with him going solo...
For Mike and The Dog...These guys are the #1 rated sports show in the country...my problem with these guys is they just simply disagree with the public to much..Put there show on and kick back and listen to how many callers they DISAGREE with in the 1st hour of the show.
On ESPN radio they run a slogan commercial...

Its evident that Mike - Dog spend much more time watching, reading and talking about baseball than they do football. It can be right in the middle of the NFL playoffs and College Bowl season with the baseball season long over with, and they will spend hours talking about the Mets or who was a better 3rd baseman.

If you are going to wager and want a trend ... I recommend sticking with that against the public system which is more profitable than other systems IMO.

Then this guy Steve Somers.........he is stuck in 1994 because he is a Rangers hockey fan. He needs to let go of it already! You shouldn't be a fan on the radio........it makes you lose your objectivity. I love the Devils and he bashes the Devils for not selling out home games, and having their Stanley Cup parades in the parking lot of the Meadowlands. Who cares???!! At least the Devils win titles.......he is just jealous cuz the Rangers suck. I could care less where our victory parades are. He just lives to agitate Yankees or Islanders or Devils fans because he hates them. That act of his (playing old audio clips) is tiresome.
How can people actually call the Mike and the Mad Dog show and say "First time caller, long time listener. Love your show. You guys are the best."???
Just because they are on the radio doesn't make them experts or "the best."

I know Sid Personally. he likes the coke a little more than the bottle. He didn't show for his job at Giant Gameday for the fan because he hosted a party for a magazine in AC. His resignation was demanded and recieved that morning. He apparently fell off the wagon.
