LSU is hungry to play and at home, they are 10-2 ats in their SEC home openers. Tenn is 0-4 ats vs LSU in last 4. LSU has played 1 game and showed speed can kill.Yes Ainge will get the start tonight, you still might see Claussen after the Tigers Defense steam rolls Ainge. LSU will be fired up as will the fans, I see this game getting out of hand.

*Tenn...10-22 ATS in the 1st 6 games of the season
the last 6 seasons*
*Including 4-17 ATS in conference games*

*Tenn reminds me of Oklahoma,Michigan,Iowa just to name a few.Teams that are highly ranked
off of the previous season and are just not that good.I think after Tenn gets whacked here they will be near # 20,if that.

ENJOY THE GAME :mj14:

I'm with you on this one, LSU is getting back a few key players on offense that didn't play in the Arizona State game. LSU should win this one, Tennesee has no offense, don't think they will hang with LSU.

Birmingham AL
2001: Tenn 26 LSU 18
1993: UT 42 LSU 20
1992: UT 20 LSU 0 (in Baton Rouge)

What were the lines on these 3?

2000: LSU 38 UT 31 (in Baton Rouge)

Even if UT is 0-4 ats in the last 4 versus LSU, they have won 3 of those 4 SU. I would love to see what Fulmer record is ATS getting a touchdown or more on the road.

The last time LSU beat UT by more than 7 was 1988.

Keller threw for 456 yds and 4 TD"s and 0 int. Completed passes to 10 differnt receivers. LSU "D" gave up 560 total yds. ASU avg. 4.0 yds per rush on 25 carries. I just don't see LSU being able to shut down the VOLS like people think. Better question IMO is what is the LSU "O" going to do tonight.

What's the difference from regular season and post season. Oh wait I forgot LSU beat Tennessee in the championship when it counted. I think that game take precedence over all the past games combined. For the most part I'm not a guy to look at trends and past scores. I know in college, home field advantage is huge. Not to mention I feel LSU has a better team as they are good on both sides of the field. Tennssee on the other hand can't seem to move the ball on offense. They even had a hard time with UAB. LSU should roll at home. GL soul, hope we win tonight.
