i think there is good value in this, it is looking like toledo's starting qb will be out, line has been moving heavy all day. i am seeing 80' percent on over so i am taking the under. probably will be a one sided blowout w/about 50 pts scored. don't see any real value in laying 13 or 14 pts on a side.
