Bowling Green Falcons -28.5 over Temple

This game has BLOWOUT written all over it!!...Bowling Green pounded the Owls 70-16 last year AT Temple and have the pleasure of hosting the Owls at home on Saturday in their HOME OPENER?the Falcons are led by Junior Qb Omar Jacobs a future first round pick?Jacobs has been outstanding this season throwing for and average of 369 yds per game with 13 TDs and only 2 Ints?both teams played Wisconsin this season with Bowling Green keeping it close 56-42 while the Owls of Temple were hammered 65-0?Bowling Green is 12-6-2 ATS as a Home favorite and 5-2 SU and 4-1 ATS versus the Owls all time?I can?t even say that if Temple were at home they could cover this number because they didn?t even come close last year and this is Bowling Greens Home Opener?this game has all the makings of a solid ?take them out to the woodshed beating??

Virginia Tech -10.5 over West Virginia

This game has been an intense rivalry over the years with each team ending the visitors unbeaten season over the last two years?Va tech won at home 19-13 last season and is 12-5-1 ATS vs the Mountaineers in the last 18 meetings?the number three ranked Hokies pounded a decent Ga Tech team (ranked #15) last week while the Mountaineers struggled in their win over with ECU?this Virginia Tech team is a much better team then the one that they fielded last season in their win over the Mountaineers?the Hokies are loaded on both the offensive and defensive side of the ball and they have the one weapon that will make a difference in this game QB Marcus Vick who missed last years game and the season due to a suspension?as for the Mountaineers?.they are a mere shadow of the team that faced the Hokies last year because they were hit hard by graduation?key players like QB Rasheed Marshall..HB Kay Jay Harris..WR Chris Henry and CB Pac Man Jones have all left the team and are on an NFL Roster or practice squad?add to that the fact that WVU sophomore QB Adam Bednarik is banged up and his backup is red shirt freshman Pat White?all in al? to the average fan the 10 points that Va Tech is laying looks like a lot since this game has always been a rivalry?but as explained above?this is actually David vs Goliath?I think David loses this battle?Big time!

Nice write-ups.

Agree on both.

I already played both of these BIG.

Good luck to us.

Pittsburgh, Pa.
and East Carolina almost beat West Virginia last week! Wow!

Boy, this one sure is easy.

There's nothing to this handicapping stuff.

Virginia Tech is down to -9.5!!...I kinda love it!...just like yesterday when everybody and their grandmother was on Pitt which moved the line almost 4 points in some places...I believe the average joe public saw the Mountaneers getting 10+ points at home in a rivalry and jumped all over em...I think Joe Public will be wrong again on this one!

Yep, Joe Public is all over this one. They even brought their couches down to the game, to get ready to burn.
