You are correct. It would 'only' be a 60 yard kick, not 67, if GB had got the ball at the 50 with 25 seconds left. That makes a huge difference.

It's not that intuitive since I don't think it's ever been done in an NFL game more than once or twice, if ever.

Hmmm....I can assure you his workload was more than one ballroom dancing class. He did, however, exaggerate how much bling got stolen out of his borrowed SUV and got clipped on a false police report rap.

The NCAA is relentless and unforgiving in their investigations and they cleared the FB program after exhaustive investigations. The BB program is another story, as far as the NCAA goes, but they have a potentially incredible class coming in. Thad Matta hopefully will reverse all the damage that O'Brien did, as far as credibility in their BB program.

Not sure when the last Longhorn National Championship was (1894?), but i'll take this one in 2002.
