will start with 100 unit bank roll and plays will be .5 unit to 2 and a rare 3 unit play maybe..average obviously 1 unit

Plays:
Columbus-125 .5 units
Ottawa-140 1 unit
Calgary-140 1 unit
Anaheim+120 1 unit
Edmonton -140 1 unit
Vancouver-1' +125 .5 units

Good luck to all...i will also be doing some parlays but they wont be counted with overall record...tonight i parlayed the 4 (1) unit plays and it pays close to 10:1

+.7 units (Calgary cost me my parlay which which would have been a sweet ice breaker for the season)

Just a thought I think puck lines of -1' may have some value this year. Since we shall see more goals in games I think that 1 goal games will be more rare then past seasons. Throw in the fact you have empty net goals to bail you out for back door covers some time. Any thought/opinions on this?

Also, I watched the Devils game as they're my team, so I won't go long into it, but I did see a few things in the game which I believe will apply to the whole league.

1. Goalies must control rebounds b/c you cant obstruct guys in the front like in years past. So, teams that go to the net will score alot. This was evident in the Pitt PP they just passed around the circles and Gonchar shot with no one crashing the net. Meanwhile the Devils goals of Brylin (1st), Parise, Gionta (2nd) were all rebound goals.

2. Special teams was huge. The Devil's PK and Brodeur weathered the storm the 1st 10 mins and then netted 2 the 2nd half of the period.

3. With more space in the attack zones PKers will have to rely even more then in the past on speed, position, and sense.
