I have gone all week trying to decide on what to do about these other games. All of them are pretty intriguing.
Colorado-AM. Let's face it. As I wrote before the season AM sucks. But Colorado isnt exactly great shakes. The line is a bit rancid - 3 for a team off of a big win versus a terrible raod team that is even looking bad at home.
Tech-Nebraska. Yes the Huskers suck. Tech beat them by 60 last year. But Tech is porpous on defense although the competition hasnt shown it, and they only put up 30 on Kansas, with 7 from the defense and another 7 with a very short field. Huskers have to be thinking payback.
Baylor-Iowa State - Another line reflecting too much on last week.
Mizzou-Oklahoma State - ditto - except that the line sure seems low.
If I were smart I would stick with just Kansas. OU is a play mostly for line value - plus I cant be that unhappy if it loses. But on principle I am adding Colorado and if it loses just kick the shit out of myself for knowing it was a trap. I have an opinion only on Oklahoma State and Nebraska. Nebraska may become a play simply for the contrarian angle, especially with certain folks apparently all over Tech. Reminds me of folks on Iowa over Iowa State and Iowa State over ARMY.
