BODOG College Football Odds

Will Vince Young orchestrate another miracle comeback for Texas and end the Longhorns' losing spell against a decimated Oklahoma side? It's a battle of two undefeated Pac-10 teams. One has to lose and the other will keep their winning streak. And who's the real King of the Mountain West?

All these will be answered this Saturday in the continuation of NCAA Football action. We have previewed five interesting matchups and fearlessly predicted the winners of each showdown. Also featured are college football betting odds from BODOG - top online sportsbook.

*** TEXAS -14.5 vs OKLAHOMA. Total 52 ***

Over his past 10 games, Texas quarterback Vince Young has completed 63.9 percent of his passes for 1,872 yards and 11 touchdowns while rushing for another 1,058 yards and 15 TDs. He's won 11 consecutive starts, orchestrating last-minute comebacks against Michigan and Ohio State, and is regarded as one of the nation's most dangerous players.

Prediction: Pick the Longhorns to end their drought against the Sooners. Texas will win by more than ten points. Bet on Oklahoma @ +14

*** PENN STATE +4 vs OHIO STATE. Total 42 ***

In preparation for Saturday night's showdown with Ohio State, Penn State coaches will be watching tape of the Buckeyes' Sept. 10 loss to Texas for hints. They will be facing a much more athletic defense, however, against Ohio State, which figures to put heavy pressure on their fifth-year senior QB and try to force him to make mistakes.

Prediction: The Buckeyes will not make an end-game collapse this time. It will be a close game but Ohio State will prevail by less than seven points. Pick Ohio State @ -3.5

*** CALIFORNIA vs UCLA Pickem. Total 60 ***

It's time to find out whether Cal is for real. With the Bears 5-0 record and top-10 ranking, it's easy to forget they are still an extremely young team that has yet to face a serious challenger. That ends Saturday when Cal visits fellow undefeated UCLA, which is garnering its own share of skepticism following last week's near-loss to the 1-4 Huskies.

Prediction: One clean slate will have to end. The Bruins will keep their unblemished record while handing the Bears their first loss. UCLA to win by less than ten points. Bet on UCLA @ -2

*** VIRGINIA +7 vs BOSTON COLLEGE. Total 46 ***

Star linebacker Ahmad Brooks' return to the Virginia lineup may have lasted just one game. After missing the season's first three games recovering from offseason knee surgery, the preseason All-America made his season debut in last weekend's 45-33 loss to Maryland and promptly sprained his ankle. He's questionable for Saturday's game at Boston College.

Prediction: Virginia will surely miss Brooks' tenacious defense. Boston College will win big. Pick them to triumph by more than ten points. Bet on Boston College @ -7

*** TCU +7 vs WYOMING ***

TCU, which started the season by stunning Oklahoma, has beaten Utah (23-20), BYU (51-50) and New Mexico (49-28) to improve to 4-1, 3-0 in the Horned Frogs first season in the Mountain West. We'll find out for sure whether TCU is the team to beat in the Mountain West when it visits fellow conference unbeaten Wyoming (4-1, 2-0) on Saturday.

Prediction: The Horned Frogs will prove that their win against the Sooners is no fluke. TCU will demolish Wyoming by more than 15 points.
