I'm on a 6-2 tear and posted a rare (first ever) hockey winner Ottawa -pk over the Maple Laughs in the Hockey forum yesterday.

This week I like these favorites to all get the money! $$$$

Buffalo Bills -2.5
Over Miami

My reasoning for this game is it?s a HUGE rivalry and a MUST win for the team from Buffalo?this game means so much to their season that they are pulling out all stops by pulling rookie starting Qb J.P. Losman and putting in seasoned backup QB Kelly Holcombe? the Bills organization to a man at the beginning of the season basically stated that it would take an injury for J.P. to get knocked out of the lineup because they want him to learn the ropes even if he has to take a few bumps?that all changed on Wednesday when Holcombe was named the starter for this week?the Bills offense has struggled this season and has taken a step back due to the growing pains that they have had to endure?but the team has been in every game and has just needed a spark to put them over the hump?they almost got that spark last week when pro-bowl return man Terrence McGee stumbled over a teammate inside the Saints 5 yard line with 0:00 time left on the clock?the return would have put the Bills on top at the half 14-13 instead of being down 13-7?the game is a sellout and will be played in front of a loud crowd which will undoubtedly favor the home team and with Kelly Holcombe at the controls I expect the Bills offense to be more efficient?the Bills ran the ball almost at will last week vs the Saints but abandoned the run for whatever reason?I expect them to run the ball with Willis McGahee and stick with it this week?the Dolphins are 2-0 at home on the season but they are 0-1 on the road with their road loss coming at the hands of the Jets a team that has struggled this season?the Bills are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 home games and 4-2 ATS in their last 6 meetings with the Fish?the Dolphins on the other hand are 0-3 ATS in their last 3 on the road? I like this game at -2.5 because it has good value and play it up to -3 but nothing over that?Home Cooking wins out for a desperate home Bills club that is pulling out all stops this week.
Buffalo 24 Miami 17

St. Louis Rams -3
Over Seattle

Hit this one at -3 in case it goes up?but no more than -3?this is another good value game since the Rams have OWNED the Seahawks as of late and Seattle has key injuries to 2 of their top 3 WR?s Darrel Jackson and Bobby Engram who will both likely miss this weeks contest..their starting Wideouts will be Bengals castoff Peter Warrick and Joe Juravicious?add to that the fact that Seattle is coming off of a hard fought loss against a physical Redskins team and had to travel cross- country last week go back home and then go back on the road again this week?on the flip side it may be addition by subtraction as Head Coach Mike Martz will likely miss this game because of an illness?that should be good news for Rams fans because at least they will know that Martz can?t screw this game up!...the Rams have won 4 straight in this series and are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 vs the Seahawks?they are also 4-1 ATS in their last 5 home games?the Seahawks are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 October tilts?too many circumstances (injuries and travel) are going against a revenge minded Seahawks team this week to get them over the hump against a Rams team that plays it?s best ball at home in the dome on the Carpet.
St. Louis 30 Seattle 20

(Monday Night)
San Diego Chargers -3
Over Pittsburgh

I couldn?t wait until Monday to post this one because once again the line may move so hit it at -3 but nothing over that?the Chargers are starting to get on a roll and are coming off of an impressive drubbing of the defending Super Bowl Champions on the road last week?the Steelers are coming off of a bye week and are still licking the wounds that were inflicted by the defending Champion Patriots squad the week before?both teams played the Patriots and only one was able to get the win?that team the Chargers is the one that will come out on top on Monday Night?they are playing as well as any team in the league right now since TE Antonio Gates is getting his bearings back after missing the preseason and the opening loss to the Cowboys at Home?the Steelers got some good news over their bye week with the expected return of Jerome Bettis? but the key ingredient to their success on offense is Wr Hines Ward?Ward is banged up with a bad hammy and is listed as questionable at this time?I expect Ward to give it a go on Monday Night but just how effective he will be with that type of an injury remains to be seen?he has yet to practice with the team this week?I think the Steelers loss to the Pats before their bye week will psychologically effect them this week because that was a team they beat last year in the regular season before bowing to them in the Playoffs?this week the Steelers players have had to endure looking through film of the Chargers blowout win on the road over that same Patriots football team?the game is a sellout and the Chargers will be wearing their powder blue throwbacks in this one as I expect the Chargers (who loaded on the offensive side of the ball) to be able to ride L.T. on the ground and exploit a Steelers secondary that is banged up (CB?s Ike Taylor, Willie Williams and Bryant McFadden are all questionable and banged up)?the Steelers will have it?s hands full with Te Gates and the Chargers Receiving core led by Keenen McCardell?I just feel the Chargers at this time are emotionally riding a high while the Steelers are just the opposite?the Steelers are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 on the Road while the Chargers are 8-3-1 ATS in their last 12 at Home?once again Home Cooking wins out!

Was thinking same way about SD, they have played some decent teams, not sure Pitt has other than HF debacle vs Pats ... Pitt blew out 2 lame dux, stopping a team with real running game might prove more difficult for ben the giant killer and co.

It's kinda hard to say how good pitt is ... and I know SD at home is always a worthy foe--losing Gates in week one was killer, but hes back now

also like Bills ...

Rams is tuff one, Hawks need win badly i couldnt touch that one either way :)

good stuff :) first an goal

take care

Pit will win! Why?

because NWE beat Pit at ketchup field

then SDG beat NWE at foxbougho

therefore PIT MUST BEAT SDG!

This is the NFL nothing makes cents!

GLT YOU :)
