good luck with all that ....and props to your 3-0 yesterday. i went 25-1 on the weekend though. missed out on a parly that would have paid off over $12 million. chump change for me though. i am in the top tenth of tenth of 1% in this country. i made a few thousand in interest while typing this.

Not far at all...Nice little town near the water...a few good restaurants...Right off of 9W

I know Alpine...I have been through that area quite often...Tenafly,Closter,Englewood very nice section of Bergen county
