the offense is inept. we are far too predictable and throw too many diagonal passes.

another week where the Raiders are fawked by calls. we get no call on moss' injury and a fanthom roughing the passer costs again.

regardless, the head coach is an idiot and so is the off cord.

funny, the chargers are flagged last mon night for over 100 yds of penalties, yet today they are flagged 3 or 4 times? what a turn around.....

norv turner was the wrong hire....they have been one of the most penalized teams in the league for many years...they lack discipline & need someone to coach it.....

they also have a qb who they will never win with.....he gets rattled against a good pass rush....

cute. :)

chargers still have ole marty - the best regular season coach ever..... :mj07:

mr. conservative will never be a playoff winner. :s4:

also, insult turner all you want to because i hate him as well. :cursin:

lt is a great talent. there is no better back in the league. however, if you watched the game and cannot that admit the 2 calls i am in reference to - then you are not being honest.

calls were bad. still would have lost to a much better team anyway.

lt is the best player in football right now, hands down

raider outlook is bleak

collins is the wrong fit. turner is the wrong fit. sapp is worthless. team needs major overhaul.

bring art shell back. should never have let hime go

The only Phantom is the Oakland offense!!

Such high hopes...such great expectations....for some reason the books believe! ....

...fact is they haven't topped 20 in ALL of 2005....(10 or 11 games?).
Collins only hitting just over 50% of passes...No running game. Someone let me know what all the fuss is about when they score a TD or 2, will ya ;) ;)

bdb, and christo - no disagreement on any of those comments.

turner and collins = no emotion.

collins is NOT a good qb. his stats are always misleading. for every pretty deep ball - there are 4-5 overthrows, pass knock downs, fumbles, sacks, and (most recently) int. :cursin:

he is stoic, deliberate, and down right boring. he is the return of jay schroeder :scared

his footwork is terrible and his wind up is slower than eckersley and quisenberry on their collective slowest releases..... :sadwave:

he has no touch on short passes and several receivers are in danger of being decapitated on every other throw....

sad part is that the Raiders wiil f'ck up and winn a few more games... after they are out of contention.....collins will put up some big meaningless stats(ie. see last year) and we will hear about keeping it together "for one more year" meanwhile, the reggie bush, leinhart, etc will be drafted because of these wins. (see big Robert Gallery, nice consolation prize, - should have been eli. that year we beat minesota and baltimore late in the year at home - both games damn near made me break something. ole eli was quietly making a name for himself at an under talented school called ole miss..... :sadwave:

in the end, until davis kisses a real coaches' a$$ and gives up control (parcells vs. jones) we will continue to have terrible coaching staffs and cast offs, wannabes, and aging vets that may or may not pan out.
