Ank- I am probably the biggest OVER player on the board, but this one is tricky.
Indy has started scoring the last 2 weeks but is only avg 21ppg while STL is at 25ppg.

STL gives up a whopping 36ppg.....wow!
But INDY is only giving up 6 ppg!!!!

Tough game tonight, especially for a total.....STL will have to score at least 17-21 IMO for this to go OVER 2night....and will INDY put up 30-35??
Total may be a little high tonight.

Stl will score 21 points..... Keep in mind, Indy hasn't played a team with a real offense yet...
Balt, Cle, Tenn, Sfo, Jags... None of these teams have much offense... Think Tenn is the highest - rated - 19th....

You think its going over then,Hind?

I made a small play on the over 2 units...

I think the Indy defense is a little over rated because of the weak competition. STL has scored at least 17 points in every game and I don't think Indy will be able to sit on the ball like they did vs the sub par offensive teams. They know the STL team is explosive so I expect them to score some points instead of trying to take the air out of the ball with James. This is the first team Indy has played that has a passing game? - Cle? Balt? Sfo? Jags? The fact that the surface favors both teams was the deciding factor for me.

While I agree Indy hasn't faced any good offenses' StL hasn't exactly faced the steel curtain, SF, AZ, Tenn, NYG, and Seattle. Having said that I am still leaning towards the over, b/c I think STL d is not that good so I could see indy putting up 35-40 points.

Indy has too much.

They are the best team in the NFL and it will show tonight.

Indy 34-17.

1st 1/2 ML

1st 1/2 ML

I really like the 1st 1/2 ML. I'm not sure if St Louis will be able to take these guys, obviously the line doesn't think so, but Indy may take them a little too lightly to begin the game and St Louis could sneak ahead early. We know they can score.

The Rams have addition from the subtraction of the "Mad Hatter Martz" who is out due to bad health.

One has to believe in a more sensable gameplan, with a more of a emphasis on a running attack. Add to the new coach/playcaller a banged up Holt who is playing hurt.

The Colts aren't less talented than last year, they are more conservative due to thier successful D. They don't have to score 5 TD's to win when 3 is enough.

MNF-Martz+New Coach+Colts D+Conservative play calling by both teams=UNDER 52

I am waiting till the end as I expect the public to be on the over, may get another half point or two from my local before gametime.

Hell I don't know
I think the under by far is the ONLY play tonight. Indy's pass rush is terrific and Dungey wants ball controll. The colts are great at using the last half of the fourth quarter to put teams away. Unless this game is rich with turnovers, it goes under!!! Good luck however no matter what you play. We are all on the same side!!!!!! :thumb: :weed:
