id be interested in knowing what the white sox record was during their "choke" stretch, because i dont think (although im asking because i dont know the #s) that they were playing all that poorly.

a lot of it was that the indians were just winning at an obscene rate that made everyone else like they were running in quick sand for three weeks or so.

I think they lost like 13 or 16...........pretty hard to believe whne you consider how good of a team they are.........I remember in August they got swept at home by Oakland and LAA

Think they went just over .500 in that slump period .....You have to remember the Sox are doing it in a Cub town. No matter how good they are the Sox play second fiddle to the Cubbies . The White Sox got lambasted by both the Tribune and the Sun Times all year long ...The Trib I expect it ...the Sun Times I just dont understand . None the less much of what those 2 media giants say gets tranferred over to the national media hence why many people didnt get the right impression about the Sox . This has been the best baseball season of my life ....Its been a blast proving all the Nay sayers wrong about this team !! :mj07: :mj07: :mj14:

Let me give you an example of the Local news :

White Sox win Game 1 ... 14 to2 against the World Champs and every single local sportscast ..2...5...7...9...and Fox lead with none other than .................................THE ****ING WALL COMMING DOWN AT WRIGLEY !!!! :cursin:
