...about this time every year i look for teams that have either covered every game this season or failed to cover any game this season and then progressively fade the other way until it hits.

If someone has this info handy (i.e. All teams that at perfect one way or the other ATS), I would really appreciate your posting it here. Thanks. :)

Texas 6-0-0
Utah 0-5-2
Purdue 0-5-1
Duke 0-6-0

how do you see the game going? 48-42?
31-28?

texas offense has been very good this year and seems to be getting more confident. VY has been great thusfar. if you dare him to throw, he beats you. if you let him run, he beats you.

with Jamaal Charles getting most of the carries, the running game has been excellent. Selvin Young fumbles way too much

the Texas WR/TEs are getting better each week. Thomas, Pittman, Sweed, Taylor...all reliable targets for VY to throw to.

the Texas OL is one of the top in the nation.

the Texas kicking game is pretty decent with Pino doing the PK job.

the Texas defense has been excellent thusfar.

whatever Texas did defensively last year worked well as they crushed TT in Lubbock by 30. this is a different Texas squad with a different DC. but there's no reason they cant handle the TT offense.

TT has played one good team (NU) and 2 mediocre teams (KU and KState). Winning at NU was a solid victory, but I'm not sure how GOOD NU is seeing as how they struggled against IowaSt and Pitt at Lincoln. TT was quite lucky to get that W at Nebraska..if only the NU LB (or was it a DL?) falls down isntead of runs after the INT......

Texas OTOH has beaten 2 top 25 teams.

Texas has come off 2 big games and blew both teams out. It's likely they will have problems matching that intensity for a 3rd game in a row.
However, Texas has to know this is probably the last roadblock to winning the Big12 south. It's conceivable they could come out "flat", but I'm not sure that will be the case. They could have easily been "flat" vs CU after beating OU. Instead they played a helluva game.

I'm curious how you see this playing out though.
Does TT score score score on a top rated Texas defense? Does the Texas offense struggle at home against an OK defense (they've given up 22 pts per game against lesser offensive teams the last 3 games)?

gl!

...looks like all 5 are still perfect ATS...one way or the other.

I already played Purdue + :)

...Utah is on a bye this week, but I'm still watching line movements on Duke, Rice and (Lord help me) Ok St. :scared :scared

I will definitely double up on Rice. :scared

I thought the under was prime on them for last week. Would have been solid, but they were definitely looking to run up the score.

Now than VT has lost, I doubt Texas or USC will run up as much. ...And there could definitely be a letup with covering the spread too as they both breath a sigh of relief.

Texas under and I like the dogs.

I almost hate to admit this, but it's time to start fading my beloved Huskers. The loss to Kansas last week has this whole state in an uproar. Nebraska's once feared rushing attack has about 50 total yards rushing in their last three games combined. The offensive line can't protect QB Zac Taylor long enough to pass the ball. Oppenents have sacked Taylor 15 times the last two games. Nebraska does NOT have a first down in the first quarter of our last two ball games!!

The defense which was the strength of the team in the first part of the season gave up 400+ yards to KU who was ranking 102 in offense. Huskers WCO cannot stay on the field long enough and the defense is worn out early.

That being said, K-State (Nebraska's next opponent) is also in turmoil, so Saturday's matchup might be like watching two skunks pissing on each other. Who knows what will happen, but on the Friday after Thanksgiving, Nebraska has to go out to Boulder and if that spread is anything less than Buffs -20, bet your whole bankroll on Colorado. (GAWD that hurts to type, but money is money)
