On top of that we have to wait 3 weeks before we get to see the episode everyone will be talking about.

I am starting to equate this to ER, and how every promotion for the show is going to be the episdoe of the year, and you don't want to miss it and it turns out to be a dud.

I was saying the very thing to my wife. Slow Slow Slow. I can wait the three weeks based on this episode lol. We are currently watching the first season on dvd as we did not watch a single episode last year and I can say it is worth watching and without commercials the only way to go.

I concur with the masses, kept waiting for something to happen, and nothing. "The episode everyone will be talking about for the whole year" in three weeks, give me a break. During the next sweeps they will be talking about the episode to end all episodes or your questions will be answered episode, and then the episode of the year and so on.

I guarantee I could start watching the show again starting next year and know exactly what has happened in the last two months. Its like a soap opera, when I was little my sister used to watch Days of Our Lives, would take over the TV, I saw it like seven years later in a wating room for a Doctor and knew about 75% of what was happening, unreal!!!

By the way, without getting into a long diatribe explanation, I have come to the conclusion that:

a. there never was a plane crash

b. the flashbacks for sure, and possibly everything, are implanted memories (a la Total Recall).

Unless the show is COMPLETE BS people wouldnt survive that plane breaking up, and the chances of all these people running into each over the years is slim.

Probably explain it as some Nazi experiment gone wrong.

I dont know if any of u know this or not,

but the show has not been written at all, the clowns that presented to ABC had about 3 shows written and what is to "Happen" at the end, ABC was hard up to get something in the fall to compete with the networks and thought that this would, if properly marketed, would get them through the fall. They told the clowns just fill in a few "meaningless" shows in between, and we should get through this.


Well it hooked millions of viewers, the clowns then were told hey save the end , we will go 1 more season, great job guys now we need 7 to 8 more meaningless shows that do not give away the ending NO CLUES , the clowns respond -hence why the show really has nothing going for it until the big episode.

they write this crap up as they go along.


this info handed down to me from a guy that works for ABC's financial dept. he gets inside scoops on shows movies etc.

But he just not know the Big ending either, he asked the clowns they said TOP secret, but they did joke and asked him , Hey what would u like to see in the next episode? :mj07:

I know a lot of people will say , they film this months earlier, he told me about this when they were filming for 2nd season, they were just making crap up to fill it in until the big one.
