Oregon -10 over Arizona

Arizona St. -9.5 over Stanford

Both of these look like blowouts but I can't figure out why the lines are so low?

I know that the games are on the road, but both of these teams play very well on the road.

Oregon is beating everyone in sight and I don't see them slowing down here.

Arizona St. should be rested, and they have had time to think about 2 straight losses. Stanford is not very good, and they have won 2 straight.

They are due for an ass whipping.

Someone please tell me if am missing something here.

All thoughts are welcomed.

Thanks guys.

laying road chalk in the pac-10 with any team other than southern cal is suicide. neither arizona state nor oregon is a "complete" team. they can certainly put up nice offensive numbers. but neither is consistent enough to play a solid 60:00. it would be a big surprise if both teams covered, thus its almost like youre hoping for a juice-out. btw- keller is not 100% for asu.

Gman,

Do you think either team will lose straight up?

I am thinking of putting the two favorites in a teaser and knocking them both down to even.

Thanks.

bill:

do i THINK either team will lose? nah, not really.
would it be a shock if either team lost? not in the least, especially oregon.

they are the epitome of inconsistency.

fyi--arizona has pulled the redshirt of it's "future" qb who is supposed to play some vs oregon.... by all accounts he is the "real deal" and word is that our starting qb had his best week of practice since this move was announced.

that said...arizona is 2-18 last 20 home pac-10 games

YIKES!

Thanks Gman.

I guess you are right.

The Pac-10 has got to be one of the most inconsistent conferences of all time.

Plus, I am taking 2 road teams which I hate doing in college.

Every time I take a road team in college, it ends up costing me. Especially when I lay chalk.

I may just skip these and stick to my strong ones at home which are:

Texas
Colorado
Bama
Iowa
LSU
Iowa State
Goergia

I should be safe with these.

Also probably putting Bama and Iowa in a 14 point teraser combined with 2 pro games on Sunday.

I love getting both of them with 10.5 points at home.

I see both of those winning outright, but worst case, losing by a touchdown. They are just too tough at home.

Thanks again.

ASU-goodbye

Oregon-you're next

never lay dd on the road in the pac-10.....the offenses areway too explosive for every team (and most defenses are shaky) to trust that kind of play

Got Oregon on a 9-teamer. Got 4 NFL games on it and 5 college. Other 4 college games have hit. Would love to go in to tomorrow needing 4 games to get a big payout.
$10 to win $3,300.
Got Notre Dame, N. Carolina, UCLA (looks good), and Wake Forest.
Doesn't look like ORegon is going to work out though.

4th and 3 from the 40? This late in the game? And they go for it with a lead?
No offense, but the Pac-10 is an absolute joke. They are playing arena football in that league.
USC is damn good, but they can't survive unbeaten in a real conference. They might go 8-3 or 9-2 in the SEC or ACC, etc. but not win the nat'l championship.
Pac-10 sucks.
