Iowa -2 (bought the hook) 10 units
- Iowa is tough at home and Michigan has struggled all year long. I like how this game sets up after Michigan beat an overrated (my opinion) media darling Penn St. at home. Iowa is looking to turn their season around and it starts in Iowa City.
Illinois +18 5 Units
- I personally think PSU is overrated. With them losing their best player D. Williams I like the Illini even more. I think Penn St. will win the game, but I think Illinois can stay with 18 points.
Bama -3 10 Units
- Vols are terrific on defense, but have struggled all year long on offense. I think B. Croyle is one hell of a QB. I also think they have been studying film tapes of the Vols for the last two weeks - which resulted in the squeaker win over Miss. I will take the home field advantage and the better QB in this game.
Over BYU/ND 57 Points 2 Units
- ND is still embarrassed that they lost to BYU last year. D. Walker has been one of the more vocal guys in practice telling everyone that their running game last year was embarrassed. At first, I liked BYU and the points - But ND players all week have been telling the media it still stings losing to the Cougars last year. These guys will be ready to play.
With saying that - I think BYU offense can move the ball on ND. This will be a high scoring affair... I see something like 40-21 or 45-28. I like the over...
