Money Management Question

I have been betting now for about 4 or 5 years and wanted some input on good money management skills for me to use for the rest of college football, NFL, and on into college bball and NBA. I am not that huge of a bettor, a $200 bet would be large for me. I am up about $800 for the year and am considering this my starting bankroll as of tommorows games. I think I want to go by percentages for a while, as I find that to be the easiest. Is a 10% ($80) of my bank roll bet, for a decent to large size play, way to much to be doing? What percent of my bankroll should I do for my average plays? I always look at Thunder's post's and he rarely seems to do more than a 6% play. There is a game or two tomm that I love and was considering putting $300 on, but I was thinking, if I lose both of those I am down $660, about 85% of my entire bankroll, which is absurd. I feel like I have a handle on college football games better than I ever have, going to a Pac 10 school and seeing all of those teams play, being from Georgia, so being a huge SEC fan, and just researching and watching as many games as possible, but I just wanted any input on what amounts would be smart to manage my money, because although I would love to double that $800 every weekend, I am definitely in it for the long run. Any input would be appreciated!
Thanks

If your using that amount of money for the whole season, then like you mentioned Thunder only puts a max of 7% on a game I think. That way if you have a few bad weekends in a row you are not down to 0. At 7% a wager you would have to lose 14 wagers in a row to get wiped out. So I guess my suggestion is stick with a 3-7% system....

Then by all means, don't go for the homerun. Sure... you can consider yourself an investor, but you are still dealing with sports. Anything can happen in the course of a game.

Best of luck
