ATL(+125) 1 unit
MIN-pk 1 units
DAL(-145) 4 units
DET-1(-130) 3 units
I know PIT isn't a good team but when they played the bruins this year they lost in ot and i thought they should have won, i think it's the only game this year which the pens actually had a lead, at +150 for their first win i'll take a shot at it.
NJ is a big road fav tonight which just doesn't make any sense, this team is not good, brodeur has been playing below average and beating
PIT 6-3 isn't anything to cheer about, they got destroyed by CAR, ATL hasn't been playing good team defense, garnett isn't a bad goalie, game against TOR he got killed on special teams and ATL just didn't seem like they wanted to play anymore, but with ATL at home and NJ losing to teams that have speed and scoring power, ATL is a good pick plus kovalchuck is going to explode in this game.
MIN is ranked second on def allowing only 2.0 goals a game, STL has been play hockey pretty good though but just think MINNY can come out of this on top, gaborick looked good.
DET is a power play specialst team, they will burn you on the pp and on def being in the top 5 for both ranking 4th on d allowing only 2.1 goals per game, both teams coming off a win yesterday with DET going on the road, don't think CBJ can match up with DET fire power.
DAL has beaten CAL the last five times, after the spanking DAL got on home ice look for them to have a little extra jump in their game, CAL has lost to DAL this year already in ot, if CAL can play EDM every game then maybe they can get into the playoffs this year, this team can not adapt to the new ruled being one of the most penalized teams in the NHL and special teams ranking at the bottom of the league.
