outlook express question ?

got my new compuer today and in outlook express on the top where you have cut,copy,paste & abc spelling mine don't work

How do I get these turned on ?

When u do that you have to move icons to the right. Move the icons from available toolbar buttons to current buttons. And do it not in the main window but in the new post window.
