While I do think that a larger portion of TV journalism is left-leaning, I have always felt that the vast majority of talk radio is right-leaning. To illustrate this point, I don't believe that I have ever heard "liberal" radio (excluding NPR which I don't think is as liberal as touted).
Well, I think I may have figured out why. These two "personalities" tonight on 88.1 in Raleigh/Durham, NC were bashing Bush and basically everyone who is Republican (whether you agree or not is not pertinent to this story).
They proceed to talk about WHEN Cheney is forced from his post and WHEN Bush steps aside when the looming Impeachment trials come around who would then serve as the President.
Neither one of these POLITICAL radio hosts even knew who would come after Cheney! This was laughable and even got me to listen further as both of these people dug themselves deeper.
Anyway, I would put up some of our elite MJers against many on political knowledge (at the very least political OPINION!
)
I am not very politically motivated, but I was able to get down to #5 (current President being #1).
My question is this: How far can ya'll get without looking it up? I'll start you out:
#1 -- Current President
#2 -- current Vice-President
#3 -- you start
Let's be honest on this one. Do not look up the answer (which I obviously have at this point) and post it. Let's see who can honestly get the furthest.
Here's your chance to shine, but I will know if you cheat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
