NC State is a state operated school. According to my geography teacher, North Carolina is south of the Mason Dixon Line. He is either on an extreme death wish, stupid(not likely) or was taken literally. If it was literally true, the main stream media and the 24/7 morons would be all over it.

All non-European white boxers (I mean c'mon - what are they doing out there?)

Rosie O'Donnell
Jimmy Kimmel (many like him, I vote for extermination)
Jerry Reinsdorf
Everyone who was ever in or promoted a boy band

There really are millions worth exterminating. That would be my list for the 1st day of cultural cleansing.
