I took a lot of flack a couple of years back about my money management and point buying strategy. Life is too short for that !
Still use the 9-5 elimination factor, sometimes I throw out a lot winners, but usually toss losers. I have went 9-0 but today I went 1-4 and tossed 3 losers and one winner, it was a tough card today for me to play. I did have SF +11.5, played KC +7.5 go figure, had Det ML and NO ML & Philly +3.5, followed BOX & One on the Giants but won't take credit for the handicap as I had Redskins in another pool, not thinking about the death of Mr Mara. Had a 6-2 day yesterday and a 2-4 day today. I Keep Grinding out a profit.
I figure Nick Sabin motivated the Fins to win in front of the LSU fans he used to coach for but did not consider that angle prior to playing NO. KC I would play again, Philly is downgraded one notch on the road in my book now.
Also have a copycat teaser like Fletcher has in his thread and still have the tail end of CIN -1 & PIT -2.5 teaser in play.
